Martial Arts Training
Elements of boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai will be introduced during private sessions. You will learn how to punch, kick and hit the pads whilst also learning how to defend yourself. Eventually you will learn how to fight like a pro!
Fitness plays a huge part in fighting. During private sessions you will be performing a variety of exercises ranging from weight-lifting to gymnastics. You will have no choise but to get FIT!
